Peek and Kooijman Innovations also offers a broad range of materials for sublimation, UV-printing, Latex-printing, and thermoforming. Besides materials, it is also possible to order supporting items for production on our machines.

Acrylic

PEKO® Acrylic is specially developed acrylic for sublimation applications. Designed for the latest market trends. PEKO Acrylic can be decorated easily by using a heat press and transfer paper with Dye sublimation inks, and is available in a range of high quality white, clear and opal sheets suitable for many jobs. After the sublimation process you can also thermoform the material.

We also offer acrylic suitable for only thermoforming, UV-printing, Latex-printing or for general use. This acrylic assortment is available in different colors and thicknesses.

We also have a recycled acrylic available.

Corian

Corian® is a Solid Surface material designed in 1967 by development company DuPont de Nemours. The material consists of ± 1/3 acrylate (also known as PolyMethylMethAcrylate or PMMA) and ± 2/3 natural minerals. It is the first brand to be marketed as a Solid Surface material and is known as the forerunner in Solid Surface in terms of developments and trends. Corian® is renowned for its exceptional versatility, beauty and unlimited applications in residential, public and commercial environments, both indoors and outdoors.

Because sublimation inks are transparent/translucent, it is best to sublimate on a white or light background (you cannot see the sublimation process on dark colored plates). You can also choose to use a colored Corian® plate for only thermoforming.

Aluminium

PEKO® Aluminium Sublimation plates for inside (interior) and outside (exterior). The Special PEKO® Coating ensure that Dye-Sub inks can be transferred from the transfer paper into the coating. Which ensures the image will be enclosed in a scratch-proof and graffiti -proof manner. The Image will enclosed inside de coating instead of laying upon the coating.

We also offer the Duraluxe Aluminium assortment. This includes aluminium plates with texture, glitter, brushed, glossy, matte, satin, ice touch, glow in the dark and more.

Furthermore, you can contact us for colored aluminium or aluminium that will be used for different printing or application options.

Tiles

The glossy ceramic tiles provide a brilliant canvas for artwork and photo reproduction. Use sublimation imprinting to create custom designs that will standout out in any home or business. Best for decorative use - in tile stands or framed pieces. For walls ask our special manual with detailed methods we recommend.

The matte ceramic tiles are highly resilient, scratch resistant, and provide vivid photo and art reproduction. These tiles may be used in backsplashes, showers, or wall murals in any room in application. You may use any commercially available adhesive for these ceramic.

These tiles are not recommended for any floor, countertop, or exterior application. Tiles can be cleaned with any household cleaner.

Felt

The sound insulation and absorption of spaces is the center of attention. This sublimation suitable acoustic panel provides optimal absorption and is easy to process. The plate is made from 100% recycled PET bottles without chemical binders or raw materials. Contour cutting of the image is one of the extra options

PEKO® felt can be used as a ceiling plate and wall plate. The felt plate can be glued to walls with a mounting kit. Mechanical mounting by means of stapling or nailing is also possible. PEKO® felt can be sublimated, when using white felt. When heated, this material can also be thermoformed.

Synthetic Felt

PEKO® Synthetic Felt is produced from 100% polypropylene and is available in all common, modern lightfast colours. Synthetic felt is characterised by its lightfast colours and strong, wear-resistant material. Objects can be attached to the felt using Velcro. The felt can be ultrasonically welded. The applicability of synthetic felt is extensive. The material is suitable for, among other things; shop windows, stand construction, office industry, pin-up boards, partition walls, decoration, bags, toys, furniture making, etc.

HPL

PEKO® HPL is a decorative high pressure compact laminate. Manufactured under high pressure and temperatures. The PEKO® Sublimation HPL panels are perfect for use in innovative and functional systems, stand a-lone or in combination with other materials. With the special coating and recent tests PEKO® HPL has a high classification for UV- and scratch resistance.

Glass & Wood

We also offer coated glass and wood for sublimation purposes. We do recommend testing with these materials.
